Introducing the deflationary Tokenomics of Konra

The total supply of KONRA can never surpass 7 Million units, with 18 decimals.
However, as KONRA is burned through multiple means, the supply will slowly decrease over time.
This creates scarcity while still leaving enough tokens in circulation to grow in it’s many future use cases.

Burn Mechanism 1: Dynamic LP Burns
The dynamic LP burn is our most prolific and powerful burn method. It is time based and the specifics are decided by a community vote; every two weeks. We have locked and unlocked LP segments, and for the dynamic burn we utilize one of the unlocked KONRA – ETH LP pools. First we remove a predetermined percentage (1 – 4%) from it at a specified interval (every 24 – 48 hours). Immediately we then swap the ETH side back to KONRA by a market buy at market price. Within a few minutes of that we burn all of the harvested and bought KONRA. This is done manually, so we always announce these burns before hand and try to do it at the same time each day. Through the dynamic LP burn we literally burn the tears of Jeets; making KONRA more scarce ever single day!
Burn Mechanism 2: Volume Burns
Every time you trade Konra you help slowly contribute to in this burn. While this is volume based it’s not powered by taxes, but rather by the fees collected on the locked LP & the side pools. Once the LP is considered fat enough then all of these fees will be manually harvested and burned every few weeks depending on the volume and volatility.
Burn Mechanism 3: Community Burns
Community burns! We’re listed on a tip and burn bot as such the community burns Konra too. These burns usually happen several times but they tend to usually be small burns.
Burn Mechanism 4: Profit Sharing Burns
If we have tokens to distribute that we have acquired into the treasury, they’ll sometimes be given to community members for recycling or burning some of their KONRA holdings. This can also on occasion be partner project tokens and any other type of airdrop. These will be more rare that community burns but can lead to large scale burns of KONRA. We currently hold a decent sized portfolio worth multiple thousands of dollars of good strong and valuable tokens on multiple blockchains!
Burn Mechanism 5: OTC & Gas Burns
Whenever someone hands in an OTC order or utilizes the GAS option in the future, some KONRA will get recycled and burned.
Burn Mechanism 6: Protocol DEFI income
Some DEFI income will trigger the buyback and / or burning of KONRA. This can be as simple as farming income, collected PEAS from PEAPODS, or even selling some of well performing meme coins we’ve acquired in our portfolio and similar. While these will not always get burned (as they’re also used for increasing LP and other project needs) they are burned at times too. Once the project is larger there will likely be more burns coming from DEFI income; but even as a small project selling some units of a well performing meme coin can have a huge impact of the future value of KONRA if we do a sizable buy back and burn while we’re this tiny. (As an example, selling 40,000 Terminal tokens bought 8871 KONRA which were burned promptly. Once KONRA reaches a higher price these 8871 burned KONRA will be worth their weight in gold and it benefits the community more than keeping all of the Terminal coins in our treasury as we have plenty of them left for the future.)
Burn Mechanism 7: Additional TOKEN launches
Any other additional tokens launched by the KONRA project or rescued / CTO’d by us will exert both some recycling as well as some deflationary mechanism in regards to KONRA. Shared LP burns, utility burns and more can be included via this means. In addition our portfolio will grow slowly yet constantly through the introduction of some of our endeavors and the tokenization thereof….
These are not all of the burning mechanisms we will have, these are just the ones we have right now at the beginning!
Please note:
All KONRA is burned manually from trading fees & the above mentioned Dynamic burns.
We ran a test to take a % off the unlocked part of the LP manually once per day, buying KONRA with the WETH and burning all KONRA (bought & taken out). The test went so well that we now have a permanent dynamic burn. As a community we vote for the exact % & time interval every epoch (14 day intervals). Our dynamic burn is highly popular with the KONRA community as it led to 5.44% KONRA being burned in a mere 2 months.
